Whether you’re a regular participant, or looking to join your first ever Colour Run, you’ve come to the right place. Hansie en Grietjie Kleuterskool: Stoftrap 2019 is an engaging and fun event, geared towards people of all ages and from all walks of life.
We believe that fitness equals happiness, and encourage our participants to challenge their bodies while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Terms and Conditions
Familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of the event.
We’ve tried to include everything, but if you still have unknowns as you’re getting acquainted, don’t hesitate to get in touch. Everyone here is eager to help out, so just send us a note or give us a call.
Registration ,for this event, will take place on 26 October 2019 from 07:30-09:00 at the Strandfontein Day Camping site.
Enrollment will only be valid if you receive an official race number. All participants must have the official race number to wear at all times during the event. Access is only valid for the person who's details are on the entry form and is not transferable.
Participants should, at all times, stay on the assigned route as indicated by the event officials.
By acknowledging these terms and conditions, participants indemnify the organizers of Hansie en Grietjie Kleuterskool and Lutzville Stoftrap as well as the Madeliefie Makietie against any and all claims related to participation.
Participants hereby indemnify the organizers, contractors, sponsors, volunteers and employees, who are directly or indirectly involved in this event, against all liability for any damage, loss or damage associated with participation of the participant.
All participants accept that participation in this event is at own risk and they accept that participation in this event poses real risk that include injuries, dehydration and accidents with other participants or spectators. All participants declare that they are physically fit and are able to participate in this event. They are not aware of any medical condition or disorder that could, by participation in this event, be impeded or exacerbated, or which could affect their health negatively. If a participant is aware of any such injury or illness before the event, they have the opportunity to withdraw.
All participants grant permission to the advice of medical officers, to receive and pay for any medical treatment, including transportation by ambulance, before, during or after the event.
50% entrance fee is refundable only should the event be cancelled 30 days before the commencement date.
Any unforeseen events thereafter, due to reasons outside the control of the organizers, such as security issues or extreme weather conditions will result in a nonrefundable fee.
Withdrawal of participants ' fees are not refundable.
Participants also give further permission for the use of his/her name, picture, pictures, video and comments on any publications, as well as marketing in connection with this event by organizers.
All participants must be physically able to walk or run themselves without assistance, due to the uneven terrain. Skates, sticks, roller skates or similar items are prohibited for safety reasons. Children in strollers and child seats for bicycles are allowed in the Colour Run. Strollers and similar devices must comply with all necessary safety measures.
Dogs are not allowed.
The following route start times are applicable: Stoftrap colour run 3.5 km – 09:30
The management reserves the right to modify these times and communicate if necessary because of unforeseen circumstances.
Prize giving will take place at the Strandfontein Day Camping site, immediately after the event and will consist exclusively of lucky draws. Please use this opportunity to support our school – there will be GREAT prizes. All participants accept that the organizers decision is final and no correspondence will be fought over it. Organizers of the race retains the right to suspend participants with bad behaviour, abusive language or any kind of unlawful actions, including littering. Please respect the privilege to be in such a beautiful and safe environment and preserve our environment so that we'll be able to do the same in 2020!
